The helper apparently “parked” a wheelchair with an elderly woman between two stationary cars by the roadside in Serangoon Gardens and went to buy a lottery ticket.
Stomp user J saw this on Wednesday (October 12th) around 5:05pm and was concerned.
Photos show a woman left between two parked cars while a helper stands in line at Singapore Poole’s authorized retailer, Gelug Chewie Trading.
J told Stomp:
J admitted that the helper may have been buying lottery tickets on behalf of the elderly woman, but felt unsafe what she did.
“I should have told the helper that it was very dangerous to leave the old lady alone on the road,” Mr J said.
