Three people were taken to hospital after an accident occurred early Friday morning on the Seletar Expressway (SLE) just before Renter Avenue to the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE).
Police said they were alerted to the accident at 3:08 am.
The driver, a 22-year-old woman, and two other men, aged 24 and 27, were conscious when they were taken to Ku Tak Puat Hospital.
At 3:28 am, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) posted about the accident on the social media platform Twitter, advising drivers to avoid lanes 3, 4 and 5.

The traffic jam was still there at 9:00 am, with drivers in a Telegram chat group saying that it was still stuck past 9:30 am and that traffic cones were still being put up on the road. Told.
Photos of the accident scene uploaded to the group show that the car’s front and rear bumpers were damaged and both the driver’s side doors had been removed.
In response to an inquiry by The Straits Times, the Singapore Civil Defense Force said it had to use a hydraulic rescue device to get the trapped driver out of the car.
ST understands that K9 units have been called to the scene to assist with the investigation.
A police investigation is ongoing.
